I was just purging my work inbox when I came across an email from marketing that used the word "operationalizing" in the subject line. Isn't that funny? Let's take our learnings offline.
That's the new thing - turning everything into a fucking gerund. I'm regularly on the receiving end of conversations about productizing, operationalizing, and onboarding. No one else besides me seems to have a problem with it. Arrrrrgh!!!!
